JOB DESCRIPTION: Service Business Development Center (BDC) Operator
Assist customers in all their automotive service needs including the following steps:
- Handle all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Schedule Service appointments
- Reach out to recalled vehicle owners
- Provide helpful information on customer vehicle problems or complaints
- Notify Managers of customer complaints
- Other duties as assigned
BENEFITS:
- Compensation - $13.00 - $16.00 (depending on experience) + monthly commission bonus for department or individual performance goals (ranges from $300-$1000 per month)

LOCATION + SUPERVISION:
Our store is located at 9875 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32225, one mile west of I-295. Your direct supervisor will be our BDC Manager, Robby Sharp.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in customer relations and telephone handling recommended
- Experience in a call center environment a plus
- Multilingualism is a plus
- Positive attitude
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills
- Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
